Our Founder

LiLifeBridge Studio is led by someone who has spent her career at the intersection of technical expertise and human care.

• Pension Benefits Specialist — Over two decades of hands-on experience in plan design, trust deeds, documentation, and administration across the Caribbean.

• Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) — Supporting individuals and organizations as they navigate the emotional, social, and identity shifts that come with retirement.

• Holistic Counsellor — Offering trauma-informed, faith-grounded support to those moving through grief, transition, and personal growth.

• Academic & Professional Credentials — MSc in Marketing (Merit), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and multiple insurance industry designations including FLMI.

Her journey continues to evolve through meaningful community-focused learning, including certification in Community Engagement with the Caribbean Development Bank and completion of the Village Builders Programme at Erdiston Teachers’ Training College.

Most recently, she partnered with the UWI Global Campus to deliver the PTFTL–TCL programme (Preparing Today for Tomorrow’s Challenges – Transforming Children’s Lives), guiding older students from seven schools as they prepare for the world of work. This experience deepened her commitment to helping young people step into their future with confidence and hope.
